The
Advanced
Study Group of Spiritism-GEAE is a virtual group devoted to
the study of the Spiritist Doctrine in its multiple aspects and its relations
with the different areas of the human knowledge. The group was founded
in October of 1992 and we believe that it was the first spiritist group
to hold extensive activities on the Web. All the work of the GEAE is a
result of the collaboration of its members, who are spread throughout the
globe.
As
one of its main activities, the Advanced Study Group of Spiritism
maintains the publication of three newsletters in three different languages:
English,
Portuguese
and Spanish. Furthermore, the group also manages to maintain a wide
and varied network of information regarding the Spiritist Doctrine and
the Spiritist Movement; resources which will be valuable for its members
and those who visit the site seeking to increase their knowledge of Spiritism.
Aware
of its responsibility with regard to its members, the Spiritist Movement,
and anyone who visits this page, regardless of differing religious points
of view, GEAE will work hard in order to develop consistent work
which will be shortly thereafter available for public viewing on this page.
In doing so, we would like to stress our firm intention of being as faithful
as possible to the tenets of the Spiritist Codification as carried out
by Allan Kardec.
